Practitioner Position:The practitioner is seated, facing the individual, holding a piece of paper.

Description of Muscle Test:The individual is requested to grasp the piece of paper between their palm and thumb, and hold against the practitioner’s resistance; while keeping their thumbnail at a right angle to their palm.
